Better Together Network is more than a networking organization. It is a community of professionals who believe relationships matter, trust is earned, and helping others succeed ultimately creates greater success for everyone.

Submitting an application and membership payment does not automatically grant membership in Better Together Network. Every application undergoes a review process to help ensure that prospective members align with the mission, values, and standards of the community.

As part of this process, Better Together Network may review publicly available information and other relevant materials to evaluate an applicant's professionalism, reputation, and demonstrated conduct.

Applicants selected for membership will receive an invitation to attend an official Better Together Network Swearing-In Ceremony, where they will affirm the Better Together Covenant and be formally welcomed as members.

If an application is not approved, the applicant's initial membership payment will be refunded in full. Better Together Network reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any application, and its membership decisions are final.

Membership in Better Together Network is a privilege, not an entitlement. Every member contributes to the culture of the organization and is expected to uphold the following standards.

1. We lead with integrity. Members are honest, ethical, and trustworthy, and conduct themselves with character.
2. We put people before transactions. Members build genuine connections before expecting business in return.
3. We give before we ask. Members look for ways to introduce, encourage, mentor, and support one another without expecting immediate personal gain.
4. We celebrate the success of others. We reject jealousy, scarcity thinking, and unnecessary competition.
5. We create opportunity. Members make introductions, share resources, and open doors that help others grow.
6. We welcome different backgrounds and perspectives. Members engage respectfully and value learning from one another.
7. We communicate with respect. Members avoid personal attacks, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation, and resolve disagreements constructively.

10. We represent Better Together well. Members recognize that their conduct reflects on the community.

• Abide by all community standards and membership policies.
• Accept that membership is a privilege earned through continued alignment with these standards.

Better Together Network reserves the right to review any member's conduct if it appears inconsistent with these community standards. Membership may be suspended or revoked, at the sole discretion of Better Together Network, if a member engages in conduct that materially undermines the mission, reputation, safety, trust, or collaborative culture of the organization.
