Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Better Together website, application process, member community, programming, and events. By using the network, you agree to these terms.

Last updated July 10, 2026

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter an agreement and provide accurate, current information. Membership applications may be accepted or declined based on fit, capacity, safety, and alignment with the network’s purpose.

You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Membership and billing

Membership features, pricing, renewal intervals, and available benefits are described at enrollment and may differ by tier. Connect is currently listed at $25 monthly or $250 annually; Collaborate at $50 monthly or $500 annually; and Leadership at $100 monthly or $1,000 annually.

Any automatic renewal, cancellation timing, refund eligibility, taxes, and payment terms presented during enrollment form part of these terms. We may change future pricing or benefits with reasonable notice; changes will not retroactively alter a completed billing period unless required by law.

Community conduct

Members are expected to build people up, open doors, advocate for others, and lead with integrity. Harassment, discrimination, threats, deceptive conduct, unauthorized solicitation, misuse of member information, and behavior that undermines the safety or trust of the community are prohibited.

Access may be limited, suspended, or ended when conduct conflicts with these standards, creates risk, violates law, or materially harms the network or its members.

Events and introductions

Event details, speakers, availability, venues, and schedules may change. Some experiences have capacity limits or tier-specific access. Members must follow venue rules and any reasonable safety requirements.

Better Together may facilitate introductions and opportunities, but does not guarantee the conduct, suitability, performance, or outcome of any member, partner, employer, investment, transaction, or relationship. Members are responsible for their own diligence and decisions.

Content and acceptable use

Better Together’s site, brand, programming, and original materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal participation in the network but may not copy, resell, scrape, impersonate, disrupt, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them without permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Better Together a limited permission to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate and promote the network, subject to applicable privacy settings and law.

Disclaimers and liability

The network is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, particular business results, or that every introduction, event, or resource will meet every member’s needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Together will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the network. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the network evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the contact page. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
